This latest update brings several practical improvements designed to streamline your daily store operations. Key enhancements include adding zip codes to chat order details, updating purchase orders, introducing new permission controls, and adding proactive notifications and marketing settings. 1. Display Postal Code in Order Address

We have improved how order information is displayed within the chat window. The shipping address section now includes the "Postal Code," providing a more complete view of the delivery details at a glance.

2. [Purchase Order Management] Add “Estimated Shipping Date” and “Actual Shipping Date” to Purchase Orders

To help you track shipment statuses more accurately, we have added two new fields to Purchase Orders: "Expected Shipping Date" and "Actual Shipping Date." These fields are available on both the system dashboard and the print templates, making it easier to plan ahead, review past orders, and manage your procurement process efficiently.

3. Order Management added Print Waybill Button Permission

You can now set specific access limits for the "Print" button on the Order Management page. This allows you to control which team members can print documents, helping you assign responsibilities appropriately and reduce the risk of unauthorized document printing.

4. [Chat - Facebook] Add Expired Authorization Reminder and Redirect to Reauthorization Page

To prevent communication gaps caused by expired sessions, the system will now display a warning message in the chat window if a Facebook Page disconnects. The alert reads: "This page authorization has expired. Click here to reauthorize." Clicking the message takes you directly to the integration settings, allowing you to fix the connection immediately, so you never miss a customer message.

5. [Order Gift Rules] Add Live Session Configuration Option

We have added a "Live / Post" condition to the Free Gift settings. You can now set up promotional gift rules that apply exclusively to orders coming from live streams or specific posts. This gives you greater flexibility when planning promotions to match your sales strategies across different channels.
