JST ERP New Feature Updates in August 2026 | 10.08.2026
As businesses grow, even small improvements in system workflows can make a significant difference in speed, accuracy, and team productivity.
The second JST ERP function, this update focuses on improving several areas that directly support daily operations. These improvements include more flexible inventory synchronization rules, better payment status management for live stream orders, and more efficient picking processes for warehouse transfers.
1. Inventory Synchronization Rules Now Support Product Category, Product Label, and Product Brand
JST ERP has expanded the synchronization scope within Inventory Synchronization Rules by adding Product Category, Product Label, and Product Brand.
Users can now define inventory synchronization rules based on these additional product dimensions, allowing the system to apply synchronization settings to products that match the selected category, label, or brand.
For businesses with a large number of products, managing synchronization rules individually for every item can become time consuming. The new options make it easier to organize products into groups and determine which products should be included within each synchronization rule.

2. Live Payment Reminder Broadcasts Now Support Partially Paid Orders
JST ERP has improved the payment reminder broadcast logic for orders created during live streaming. In live commerce, some customers may make only part of the required payment before completing the remaining amount later. If these orders are not included in payment reminders, operations teams may overlook unpaid balances.
The improved logic helps ensure that orders with outstanding payment amounts can still receive the appropriate payment reminder based on the relevant conditions.
3. Live Stream Orders Now Support Payment Status Filtering
The Live Order page now includes a payment status filter, allowing users to quickly view orders based on their current payment status.
The new payment status filter makes it easier to separate orders according to their payment progress and focus on the group that requires attention.

4. Warehouse Transfer Wave Shipping Now Supports Multiple Pickers
Transfer order wave shipping now supports assigning multiple pickers to the same picking task. Large warehouse transfer operations may involve a high number of products or large quantities of inventory. In these situations, assigning the entire picking task to a single employee may slow down the transfer process. With this update, multiple warehouse employees can work together on the same transfer wave.
Warehouse managers can distribute picking responsibilities among several team members based on workload, warehouse areas, or operational requirements.
This is particularly useful for large warehouses or businesses that regularly move high volumes of inventory between locations. Allowing multiple pickers to collaborate helps reduce workload concentration and supports faster picking during busy periods.

5. Warehouse Products Distribution Map Now Displays Product Names
The Warehouse Products Distribution Map now displays product names together with the existing product information.
Displaying the product name directly on the warehouse distribution map makes product identification more intuitive.Warehouse staff can see which product corresponds to each storage location without leaving the current view or searching through another section of the system.

6. Invoice Printing Template Now Supports Thai Amount in Words
The Invoice Printing Template now supports displaying the payment amount in Thai words. This update helps businesses prepare invoices that are more suitable for use in the Thai market by providing a Thai language representation of the payment amount alongside the numerical value.

7. Message Templates Improve Receiving Address Information Order
JST ERP has adjusted the information order of the Receiving Address configuration within Message Templates. The address information is now arranged in a sequence that better reflects how users normally read and use delivery address details.
The improved arrangement makes the address easier to read and check before a message is sent to a customer. It can also help customers review their own delivery information more naturally when confirming shipping details.

If you're looking for a system to help manage orders, inventory, and warehouse management in one place, JST ERP is designed to support growing online businesses.
