1. Separate Display of Combo Set and Single Item Prices on Invoice Printing
Menu: Print > (No.8) Invoice Printing
A new product data print option has been added:
Print Order Product (Combo Set Details)
When printing an invoice, if an order contains both a combo set product (such as ABC) and individual items (A, B, C), the system will now display the prices separately.
This improvement helps avoid pricing confusion and ensures invoice details are clearer for both merchants and customers.
2. Sales Dashboard Optimization
Menu: Report > Sales Dashboard
The Sales Dashboard has been optimized to improve both data visualization and overall user experience.
Key improvements include:
- Clearer presentation of sales data
- Improved dashboard layout
- Easier interaction when analyzing sales performance
These enhancements allow merchants to quickly understand their business performance and make better decisions based on real-time data.
3. View Self-Operated Data Only in Sales Thematic Report
Menu: Reports > Sales Thematic Report > Distributor Filter
After selecting a Distributor Filter in the Sales Thematic Report, users can now apply an additional filter to view self-operated data only.
This feature helps merchants clearly distinguish between:
- Self-operated sales data
- Distributor sales data
Making sales analysis and reporting more accurate and easier to manage.
4. Ignore TikTok and Lazada Auto-Reply Messages
Menu: Messages > Auto Reply > Unread Count Handling
The system now automatically ignores auto-reply messages generated by TikTok and Lazada stores.
With this update:
- Only customer messages will appear in conversations
- Auto-replies will no longer be counted as unread messages
This prevents unnecessary notifications and allows customer service teams to focus on responding to real customer inquiries.
5. System Message Excluded from Unread Status
Menu: Messages > Chat > Unread Status
The Thai system message
Customer data status has been set to ‘Qualified.’
has been classified as a system-generated notification and will no longer affect the conversation’s unread message status.
This prevents system notifications from interfering with unread message counts for customer service teams.
6. Laos HAL Logistics Integration – Send Pickup Card to Buyers
Menu: Messages > Shipping Notification > HAL Logistics
The Laos HAL logistics integration now supports sending a pickup card to buyers.
This allows customers to easily view and confirm their pickup information, helping make the pickup process more convenient and efficient.
