JST ERP continues to enhance its platform with new features and optimizations to help businesses improve operational efficiency and gain better control over their daily processes. This week's updates focus on warehouse settings, order operation tracking, sales reporting, and Facebook post order capture management.

Exclude In-Store Pickup from the "Cannot Ship Without Inspection" Function

To provide greater flexibility in warehouse operations, JST ERP has introduced a new configuration option within the Warehouse settings menu is Enable for All Orders (Excluding In-Store Pickup).

This enhancement allows businesses to apply warehouse-related functions across all order types while automatically excluding orders marked for customer pickup. Many businesses operate with both delivery and self-pickup workflows, and these two fulfillment methods often require different handling processes.

Improved Search Capabilities in Order Operation Logs

To make order tracking and auditing more convenient, JST ERP has expanded the search options available within the Order Operation Log.

A new query type called "Merge Order" has been added to the Type filter. Users can now quickly locate and review operation records related specifically to order merging activities.

More Accurate Sales Analysis with Enhanced MOP Filtering

JST ERP has improved sales reporting capabilities by introducing a new filter option called "Other" within the Live Stream & Post analysis section of the Sales Reports module.

This enhancement addresses a common challenge for businesses using live-selling workflows. In some cases, customer service representatives manually add products to orders during the order capture process, while other products originate directly from the selected live-stream session.

Previously, these products could be grouped together, making it difficult to accurately evaluate the performance of individual live-stream campaigns. With the new "Other" filter, users can now separate manually added products from products generated directly through the selected MOP session.

Optimized Facebook Post Order Capture for Multi-Image Posts

JST ERP has further improved Facebook post synchronization by optimizing how the system handles posts that contain multiple images.

Previously, a Facebook post with several images could generate multiple Post Order Capture records within the ERP system, making order management more complicated and potentially creating duplicate tracking entries.

With this enhancement, the system now aggregates all images belonging to the same Facebook post into a single Post Order Capture record. This creates a cleaner and more organized view of Facebook order capture activities within the ERP.
