JST ERP New Feature Updates in April 2026 | 27.04.2026

This week's updates focus on enhancing key features across Print Templates and Order Management. These improvements allow users to customize documents to better fit their business models, support diverse sales scenarios, and increase daily operational efficiency.

1. [Print Template] No. 15 - Added Thai Text for Payable Amount Displays as Positive When Amount is Negative in Print waybills Template

The system has improved the display of the "Payable Amount" in Thai text for the Shipping List template. In cases where a return occurs and the amount is negative, the system will now display the text as a positive value. This ensures consistency with Credit Note documentation, aligning with accounting principles and making the documents easier to understand.

2. [Print Template] No. 19 - Return order -Add Order Time and After-Sales Issue Type Fields in Return Order Template

New data options have been added to the Return Order template, including "Order Time" and "After-Sales Issue Type." This allows users to include more comprehensive details on the document, supporting better traceability and workflows that require in-depth reference data.

3. [Print Template] No 23 - Printing Template added order Product image 30*30

The system now includes an option to display "Product Images" on the Product Printing template. This provides greater clarity, especially for unique items or cases requiring visual reference, effectively reducing errors during product preparation or delivery.

4. [Order Link] Order Submission: Allow Checkout When Some Items Are Out of Stock

The Order Link page has been developed to better handle scenarios where stock is insufficient. If an order contains multiple items and some are out of stock, customers can now edit their order during the payment process. They can choose to:

• Remove out-of-stock items from the list.
• Adjust the quantity of available items to the maximum remaining stock.

This improvement ensures a smoother purchasing experience, reduces order cancellations, and increases the chances of closing a sale.

5. [POS] Order Review: Added Product Code Filter

A Product code(SKU) filter has been added to the POS Order Review section to help users search for orders more quickly and accurately. This is particularly useful when dealing with a high volume of items or products with similar names, reducing confusion and boosting overall work efficiency.
