In this latest update, JST ERP has introduced several key enhancements across purchasing, warehouse management, order processing, and communication systems. These improvements are designed to streamline your workflow, eliminate redundant steps, and increase operational precision across all dimensions.

Print Purchase Order: Purchase order detail added a new Purchase amount (Foreign currency) field

The system now supports automatic calculation of purchase totals in foreign currencies.

• Detailed View: A new field has been added to the product details page that calculates the total by multiplying the "Purchase Unit Price (Foreign Currency)" by the "Quantity." This allows for instant verification without manual calculations.
• Print Templates: We have added the "Purchase amount (Foreign Currency)" field to the purchase order templates, ensuring your printed documents are comprehensive and perfectly aligned with the system data.

Outbound Purchase Returns: Purchase return orders are displayed in reverse chronological order

Managing returns is now more organized. In the Outbound Purchase Return section, a sorting toggle has been added to the "Created Time" column. Users can now easily switch between ascending and descending order, making it faster to track recent returns or audit historical records.

Warehouse Transfer Management: Enable the warehouse selection field in transfer order creation to support inputting and searching by warehouse name

To improve the user experience when creating stock transfer documents, the warehouse selection field now supports "Fuzzy Search". You can now quickly find the desired warehouse by typing keywords, even if you don't type the full name or have a slight misspelling. This reduces search time and ensures more accurate data entry.

Order Management: Seller Remark / Buyer's Message Added content search functionality.

We have added a search filter specifically for "Message/Remarks" within the Order Management section. This feature also supports Fuzzy Search, allowing you to retrieve specific orders even if you only remember a portion of the notes left by the buyer or seller. This is a major time-saver for historical order lookups.

Chat: Facebook quote reply support

Communication on Facebook is now clearer than ever. The chat system now supports "Quote Replies". Users can right-click any message to reply with a direct reference to that specific text. This ensures both sellers and customers stay on the same page, especially during complex conversations with multiple inquiries.

Chat: Conversation remark feature

To boost team collaboration, we’ve introduced a "Notes" feature for every chat.

• Users can record vital information such as customer preferences, special conditions, or follow-up statuses.
• Each note supports up to 200 characters, ensuring your team stays informed and never misses a critical detail during customer interactions.
